Our platform connects people, places, and first responders faster by delivering direct emergency alerts, precise location data, real-time visibility, and integrated response workflows when seconds matter ost.&#13;Our solutions support schools, universities, hospitals, retail environments, public sector organizations, and enterprise campuses that need a faster, more reliable way to protect their people and facilties.&#13;We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to help build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and create new customer conversations across priority mrets.&#13; &#13;PositionOverview&#13;The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving new business activity for SOS Technologies. This person will focus primarily on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, with additional responsibility for inbound lead qualification and follow-up on partner and channel oppotunities.&#13;This is a hands-on sales development role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, writing effective outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate understands how to sell into complex organizations and can communicate the value of a mission-critical safety platform in a clear, professional, and crdible way.&#13;This role will begin as a contractor position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time direct hire based on performance and busnss needs.&#13; &#13;Key Reponsibilities&#13;Outbound Prospecting and Pipelne Development&#13;• Identify and engage prospective customers across higher education, healthcare, retail, enterprise, K-12, charter schools, and public sctor accounts. &#13;• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings forthe sales team. &#13;• Research target accounts to identify the right decision-makers in safety, security, facilities, operations, IT, and exective leadership. &#13;• Develop account-specific outreach that connects SOS Technologies’ capabilities to each customer’s safety, compliance, operational, or emergency reponse priorities. &#13;• Maintain consistent activity levels across calls, emails, follow-ups, and cheduled meetings.&#13;Lead Qualification&#13;• Qualify inbound leads to determine fit, urgency, budget, authoity, and next steps. &#13;• Capture key information about customer needs, current emergency response processes, technology environment, an potential use cases. &#13;• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leader with clear notes and recommeded follow-up actions. &#13;• Help separate high-value opportunitiesfrom low-fit inquiries. &#13;Parner and Channel Follow-Up&#13;• Support follow-up activity from partner introductions, channel events, webinars, trade shows,and field sales meetings. &#13;• Help convert partner-sourced interest into qualifed customer conversations. &#13;• Coordinate with internal sales leadership to ensure timely follow-up on opportunities from partners such as carriers, technology partners,resellers, and integrators. &#13;• Track partner-related actiity and outcomes in the CRM. &#13;CRM nd Sales Operations Discipline&#13;• Maintain accurate nd current records in the CRM. &#13;• Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage contacts, accounts, activites, tasks, and pipeline status. &#13;• Document all prospect interactions, meeting outcomes, quaification notes, and next steps. &#13;• Support reporting on activity metrics, conversionrates, and pipeline contribution. &#13;• Follow defined sales processes while helping improve outreach messaging an qualification riteria oer time. &#13;QualificationsRequired&#13;• 3+ years of inside sales, SDR, DR, or sales development experience. &#13;• Proven experience wit outboundprospecting and appointment &#13;setting. &#13;• Strong phone, mail, and written communication skills. &#13;• Experience selling or prospectng into business, enterprise, education, &#13;healhcare, retail, or public sector accounts. &#13;• Ability to research acconts and identify relevant decision-maker. &#13;• Comfortable working with CRM systems. &#13;• Strong organizational skils and ablity to manage multiple follow-ups &#13;at once. &#13;• Self-motivated, accounable, and comortable working in a fast-moving &#13;environment. &#13;• Ability to communicate rofessionally with executives, security eaders, &#13;oerations teams, and partnercontacts. &#13;Preferred&#13;• Experience with HubSpot. &#13;• Experience sellingtechnology, SaaS, security, public safety, emergency &#13;respone, IoT, connectivity, or physical security solutions. &#13;• Failiarity with channel or partner-driven sales motions. &#13;• Experien
