We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to help build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and create new customer conversations across priority mrets. PositionOverview The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving new business activity for SOS Technologies. This person will focus primarily on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, with additional responsibility for inbound lead qualification and follow-up on partner and channel oppotunities. This is a hands-on sales development role for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, writing effective outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate understands how to sell into complex organizations and can communicate the value of a mission-critical safety platform in a clear, professional, and crdible way. This role will begin as a contractor position with the opportunity to convert to a full-time direct hire based on performance and busnss needs. Key Reponsibilities Outbound Prospecting and Pipelne Development • Identify and engage prospective customers across higher education, healthcare, retail, enterprise, K-12, charter schools, and public sctor accounts. • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings forthe sales team. • Research target accounts to identify the right decision-makers in safety, security, facilities, operations, IT, and exective leadership. • Develop account-specific outreach that connects SOS Technologies’ capabilities to each customer’s safety, compliance, operational, or emergency reponse priorities. • Maintain consistent activity levels across calls, emails, follow-ups, and cheduled meetings. Lead Qualification • Qualify inbound leads to determine fit, urgency, budget, authoity, and next steps. • Capture key information about customer needs, current emergency response processes, technology environment, an potential use cases. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leader with clear notes and recommeded follow-up actions. • Help separate high-value opportunitiesfrom low-fit inquiries. Parner and Channel Follow-Up • Support follow-up activity from partner introductions, channel events, webinars, trade shows,and field sales meetings. • Help convert partner-sourced interest into qualifed customer conversations. • Coordinate with internal sales leadership to ensure timely follow-up on opportunities from partners such as carriers, technology partners,resellers, and integrators. • Track partner-related actiity and outcomes in the CRM. CRM nd Sales Operations Discipline • Maintain accurate nd current records in the CRM. • Use HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage contacts, accounts, activites, tasks, and pipeline status. • Document all prospect interactions, meeting outcomes, quaification notes, and next steps. • Support reporting on activity metrics, conversionrates, and pipeline contribution. • Follow defined sales processes while helping improve outreach messaging an qualification riteria oer time. QualificationsRequired • 3+ years of inside sales, SDR, DR, or sales development experience. • Proven experience wit outboundprospecting and appointment setting. • Strong phone, mail, and written communication skills. • Experience selling or prospectng into business, enterprise, education, healhcare, retail, or public sector accounts. • Ability to research acconts and identify relevant decision-maker. • Comfortable working with CRM systems. • Strong organizational skils and ablity to manage multiple follow-ups at once. • Self-motivated, accounable, and comortable working in a fast-moving environment. • Ability to communicate rofessionally with executives, security eaders, oerations teams, and partnercontacts.
