For over three decades, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results and compassionate representation for clients throughout California.As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven litigator who thrives in the courtroom and wants to handle significant personal injury cases while working remotely.Position Overview:The Trial Attorney will manage a caseload of complex personal injury matters and take cases through all phases of litigation, including trial. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling depositions, arguing motions, and presenting cases in front of juries.This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value cases while collaborating with an experienced litigation team and support staff.Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from litigation through trialConduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and expertsDraft and argue motions, including dispositive motionsDevelop case strategy and trial preparation plansPrepare witnesses and clients for testimonyRepresent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trialsCollaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staffMaintain strong client communication and case updatesQualifications:Active license and good standing with the California State Bar5+ years of personal injury litigation experienceTrial experience strongly preferred (first or second chair)Salary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between [$250,000 – $300,000 annually].
