AV Installation Technician

Who We’re Looking ForEnergetic, tech-savvy professional with a passion for audio/visual systems and a can-do attitude. This role blends hands-on installation with customer-focused service, delivering quality AV solutions for commercial, educational, and event environments.Role & ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and test audio/visual equipment (audio systems, lighting control systems, security cameras, networking / Wi-Fi systems)Run and terminate low-voltage cabling (CAT6/HDMI/Fiber) per specsTroubleshoot and resolve AV system issues on-siteWork with project teams and clients to ensure quality and satisfactionMaintain tools, equipment, and consumablesMaintain client / install documentationGuide clients through system operations and best practicesMust-Have Qualifications3 + years of experience with AV installation or low-voltage systemsBasic understanding of audio/video signal flowComfortable on ladders and lifting moderate equipmentValid driver’s licenseStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Be a resident of, or willing to relocate to the Gallatin Valley, Montana areaExperience with Lutron HomeWorks (preferred)Crestron, Control 4, and network experience (preferred)Why Join UsCompetitive pay and performance incentives.
