Job Description HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $45.00 per hour DOE + Spiffs/bonusesPotential annual earnings $100K +Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am - 4:30pmPosition Overview:Installing primarily residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ducted and ductless systemsCorrectly size, fabricate, install, insulate, and seal ductworkLow voltage control wiring of thermostats and accessoriesRefrigerant application with line sets brazing and implementation of AC and Heat Pump SystemsInstalling and testing gas pipeEquipment start-up and troubleshooting techniquesTrain helpers and support installation teammatesEducating customers on their equipment so they have the very best experience after installationSolving in-field installation challenges and working through options with the sales team and customerMountain Heating and Cooling | Bozeman, MTWe pride ourselves as being the choice for excellent customer comfort. Cash bonuses on accessories and servicesTechs receive 40+hours yearly of paid leave for NATE Certifications and dealer trainingQualification:3 + years of HVAC Installation experienceResidential Retrofit experience requiredEPA Universal CertificationProficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installationsGood understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagramsExperience running and testing gas pipingAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsBasic sheet metal practicesKnowledge and ability to follow city and county installation codesValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCertificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School desiredCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
