Data & Prospect Research Manager

Summary/Objective:This role oversees CRM integrity, donor data management, prospect research, and grant documentation to support strategic fundraising, accurate forecasting, and pipeline development. The Manager provides insights and tools that strengthen portfolio performance and donor engagement.Reports to: Senior Director of AdvancementFLSA Status: Regular, full time, exemptEssential Functions:CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate donor records, coding, and documentationEnsure SOP compliance for data entry, gift processing, and reconciliationProduce dashboards, reports, and forecasting toolsProspect ResearchConduct wealth screening, relationship mapping, and donor capacity analysisPrepare prospect profiles and meeting briefsSupport segmentation and portfolio optimizationGrant DocumentationMaintain complete and organized grant files (proposals, budgets, reports, award letters)Support reporting requirements and internal trackingCross-Functional SupportProvide data insights to inform fundraising, stewardship, and event follow-upCollaborate with Finance and MarCom on donor reporting and communicationRequired Education and Experience:35 years of advancement services or prospect research experienceProficiency in Raiser's Edge required; Salesforce familiarity preferredStrong analytical and writing skillsPhysical Demands:Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for up to 3 hours at a time; must be able to stand for 1 to 2 hours per day.Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds without difficulty.Ability to climb stairsCompensation details: 65000-75000 Yearly SalaryPI216a80632100-26289-40223660
