This role is critical in evaluating current Epic build records, identifying impacts on existing dashboards, and guiding the design and implementation of Epic Radar dashboards or updates.You will act as a bridge between business operations, IT, and reporting teams, ensuring data management principles align with organizational goals. This includes leading discovery sessions, documenting business/functional requirements, and creating data models that support clinical and operational decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack Epic build records and assess impact on dashboardsPartner with analysts, clinicians, and developers to gather requirementsCompare and analyze current vs. target-state data models and database designsCreate deliverables such as business process maps, requirements documentation, data lineage, and architecture decision documentsPresent findings and remediation recommendations to leadershipEnsure proactive, frictionless adoption of process and data changes within the Epic ecosystemSupport the design, build, and implementation of Epic solutions aligned with enterprise data strategy
