As a remote employee based in the USA, you will work closely with our team to improve our collection strategies and tactics.Responsibilities: - Develop and implement collection strategies and tactics based on data analysis and insights.- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new collection processes.- Manage and mentor a team of collection analysts.- Monitor and report on collection metrics, including delinquency rates and recovery rates.- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.- 5-10 years of experience in collection analytics.- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets.- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling.- Strong communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of collection regulations and industry best practices.- Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).If you are a highly analytical individual with a passion for improving collection strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with Straive.
