Job Description
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Exciting opportunity available for an experienced BCBA seeking a pivotal role supporting middle school students within an established LINKS Autism Program for the 2026–2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite position involves working with students across five campuses, providing both direct and consultative services in a collaborative school environment committed to student success.Ideal candidates bring expertise in autism spectrum supports and enjoy developing practical, evidence-based strategies for educators. Effective data collection and progress monitoring will be central, as will strong communication and time management skills to efficiently coordinate with staff throughout the program.Qualifications and Experience:Active BCBA certificationDemonstrated school-based BCBA experience, especially with students on the autism spectrumProficiency supporting educators with evidence-based interventionsThorough understanding of effective data collection and progress trackingStrong organizational abilities and reliable follow-throughBilingual skills highly preferredAbility to pass all required background, fingerprinting, and drug screening checksReliable transportation to travel between campuses as neededKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized interventions for middle school students with autismProvide consultation and support to educators and staff to ensure effective intervention strategiesMonitor student progress; collect and analyze data to inform ongoing programmingMaintain sensitive, professional communication with interdisciplinary teamsEnsure compliance with all district protocols and state regulationsUphold schedule commitments and notify designated contacts if unable to attendThis contract opportunity runs August 2026 through June 2027 and promises meaningful professional growth in a supportive, collaborative educational setting.
