Job Description Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. As an integral resource, you'll collaborate with educators and provide both direct and consultative behavioral services exclusively for middle school-aged learners.You will join a respected LINKS Program where your skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based interventions will make a measurable difference for students and the educators who support them. Your work will span five campuses, requiring strong organization, flexibility, and a passion for fostering student growth in inclusive environments.Preferred Qualifications:Active BCBA certification/license requiredExperience supporting students with autism in school-based settings preferredBilingual abilities are highly valuedConfident in coaching and consulting with teachers on evidence-based strategiesExpertise in data collection and progress monitoringExceptional time management and organizational skillsResponsibilities:Deliver direct and consultative behavior analysis services to middle school students within the LINKS Autism ProgramGuide and support school staff in the implementation of behavioral support plans and instructional adaptationsCreate and maintain effective data tracking systems for student progressParticipate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide actionable recommendationsCollaborate on professional development for school teams and contribute to a positive, inclusive school cultureThis full-time, onsite role offers stability throughout the academic year and the chance to work exclusively with a middle school caseload.
