Entry Level Business Developer

CitiMED is Hiring an Entry-Level Business Developer – Multi-Location Medical Facility (Broward & Dade-County) A leading multi-location medical facility, serving communities throughout South Florida, is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Business Developer to join our team immediately. This role focuses on expanding our presence in Broward and Dade County and involves significant travel within the region. Job Summary: As an Entry Level Business Developer, you will work closely with personal injury attorneys to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships. This position requires extensive driving to meet with law firms and regularly deliver marketing materials. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.. Duties/Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with personal injury attorneys. Educate law firms about our medical services. Deliver marketing materials to law firms and ensure regular, in-person touchpoints. Maintain consistent communication with law firms through regular check-ins and office visits. Assist in planning and coordinating events for new and existing clients. Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage account details, including contact information, outreach, case referrals, and outcomes. Perform additional tasks as required by the company. Required Skills/Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to new software (Salesforce training provided). Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior business development experience needed—training will be provided.
