As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Window Treatment Installer to join our team. Job Description: We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Window Treatment Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction or major trades, possess a valid driver's license, and demonstrate proficiency in using power tools. As a Window Treatment Installer, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient installation of various window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and drapes. Responsibilities: Install a variety of window treatments according to customer specifications and design plans. Measure and assess window spaces to ensure precise installation. Safely operate and maintain power tools and equipment. Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively with customers. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions during and after the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or major trades. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficiency in using power tools and equipment. Ability to work on ladders, and able to lift products/boxes regularly. Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compensation: This is a commission-based position with the potential to earn between $1000.00 and $2500.00 per week, depending on the number of installations completed. The more efficient and accurate you are in your work, the higher your earnings potential.
