Our reputation is built on precision, discipline, and execution. We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator with tilt‑wall specialization to join our in‑office estimating team in Sarasota. This is a senior‑level role for a proven professional—not entry‑level and not remote.  What You’ll Do Prepare accurate, competitive tilt‑wall and structural concrete estimates Perform detailed takeoffs for concrete, rebar, embeds, forming, erection, and crane picks Analyze drawings, specifications, addenda, soils reports, and schedules Develop pricing aligned with company labor, equipment, and production rates Work closely with leadership, field teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Identify scope gaps, risks, and value‑engineering opportunities Support preconstruction efforts including site walks, RFIs, and bid reviews Maintain organized estimate files, bid logs, and historical cost data  What We Require (Non‑Negotiable) 4–5 years of proven tilt‑wall estimating experience Strong background in Florida structural concrete Deep knowledge of panel counts, rebar tonnage, embeds, sequencing, and erection Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, On‑Screen Takeoff, or similar tools Ability to work full‑time in our Sarasota office High standards for accuracy, organization, and follow‑through Clear communication and professional presence  Why Mahoney Concrete Systems Established, respected contractor in Southwest Florida Direct access to leadership and decision‑makers Stable workload with long‑term growth potential Culture rooted in Integrity, Quality, and Safety Team environment that values accountability and performance  If you are a seasoned tilt‑wall estimator looking to operate at a high standard with a disciplined, growing company, we want to hear from you.
