AMHS Staffing Alliance is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Saratoga Springs, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Echo Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Duration: 13 weeks 37 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel The ECHO Tech will be responsible for the performance of high quality ultrasound in the areas of Adult Transthoracic, Adult Transesophageal, Adult Stress. The Echo cardiology Sonographer must possess advanced knowledge in Cardiac anatomy, physiology and disease process. Has the ability to analyze image quality and initiate measures and or adapt technical procedure. This position requires working knowledge of various types of ultrasound equipment and the dexterity to operate it. Utilizes the use of an EMR to generate reports. The Cardiac Sonographer reports to the Manager of Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Services and works as a team to support the Cardiology Technical Specialist in areas of accreditation and day to day operations. Minimum Qualifications: Must have 2 years experience in a hospital setting & RDCS or ACS. Must know EPIC EMR. AMHS Staffing Alliance Job ID 1017.
