The Bagger is responsible for packaging and preparing products for shipment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards. This role supports continuous production flow and plays an essential part in daily operations. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate bagging machinery to fill, weigh, seal, and palletize product bags Ensure accuracy in product labeling, weight specifications, and overall quality Stack completed bags onto pallets and prepare materials for storage or shipment Assist with loading, unloading, and general material handling tasks Perform routine inspections of equipment and report issues to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety guidelines Support additional production tasks as needed Follow all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and adherence to operational procedures QualificationsRequiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Consistent attendance and commitment to assigned work schedules Ability to work safely in an industrial environment PreferredPrior experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial labor Forklift operation experience or certification Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with basic equipment troubleshooting Work EnvironmentIndustrial production environment with exposure to dust, noise, and machinery PPE required (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, respirator when applicable) Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor areas depending on production needs Skills: General Laborer Manufacturing Swing Shift 12 hour shift
