American Income Life is looking for aCustomer Retention Representativeto join the team!In this role, you will be responsible for conserving business on behalf of the Company. You'll be a vital part of a dedicated, professional team. Representatives play a key role in ensuring that customers who call in with the intention of canceling are aided in understanding the importance of keeping their coverage, as well as providing policy maintenance.This is a remote / work from home position.We have Full-Time & Part-Time positions available as well as morning and evening shifts.What You Will DoServicing inbound calls from current policyholders with the intent of cancelling their insurance benefits.
