Associate Process Manager-IT
IT Help Desk Support ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Support professional to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a hands-on, onsite role responsible for supporting daily IT operations within a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience managing tickets, and the ability to support end users with hardware, software, and workstation needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and resolve IT help desk tickets in a timely mannerProvide onsite support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devicesSet up, configure, and maintain computer workstations and equipmentTroubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issuesInstall, update, and maintain operating systems and applicationsDocument technical issues, resolutions, and processesEscalate complex issues to senior IT team members when necessarySupport day-to-day IT operations within a high-volume call centerRequirements3–4 years of IT Help Desk or Desktop Support experience requiredStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and system troubleshootingExperience with workstation setup, maintenance, and repairsAbility to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferredCompTIA A+, Security+, or ITIL certification is a plusExperience supporting IT in a call center or high-volume environment preferredWork EnvironmentThis position is fully onsite at our Fayetteville, NC call center.About the TeameClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
