This position focuses on supporting international sales strategy and planning efforts, including tracking SVOD deals, maintaining reporting, and coordinating across global teams to support ongoing distribution initiatives.ResponsibilitiesTrack key dates, deal terms, and title inclusion for International SVOD agreements across internal systems and trackersCompile avail reports and support the creation of strategic content packages for the international SVOD marketplaceAttend meetings, take notes, and communicate updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadershipCollaborate cross-departmentally with sales, legal, rights management, servicing, delivery, accounting, and finance teamsTrack new theatrical releases and acquisitions for inclusion in international output and licensing dealsOwn internal deal management by maintaining and tracking deals in the deal management system and liaising with other teams (e.g., Ops, Legal, etc.) to keep deals progressing on time and with accurate detailsMaintain SVOD renewal trackers and support ongoing international sales planning effortsSupport analysis of international SVOD initiatives and theatrical output deals through data gathering and reportingUpdate presentations and reporting materials for strategic sales initiatives and management reviewsMaintain sales, deal, and financial trackers/systems to support forecasting and revenue analysisLeverage AI tools to streamline processes, generate insights, and improve team efficiencySupport the international sales planning team on key and/or ad hoc projectsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's DegreeExcellent organization, note taking, and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timelinessStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong reading comprehension skillsMust possess the ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environmentNice to Haves2-3 years of related experience preferred (entertainment, distribution, sales planning, or similar)Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of dataStrong Excel skills and knowledge of advanced formulas a plusHighly motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly, take accountability for tasks, and proactively anticipate needsProficiency with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., using them to analyze, draft, summarize, and automate workflows)An understanding of the international TV distribution landscape, particularly SVOD, and a strong interest in the business side of entertainmentAbout LionsgateLionsgate (NYSE: LION) is one of the world's leading standalone, pure play, publicly traded content companies.
