This multi-faceted position is integral to supporting the Domestic TV Sales team, particularly across the VOD & linear licensing business, and will focus on managing the studio's series library.ResponsibilitiesLead planning process for domestic go-to-market strategies for new release/library seriesIdentify and execute opportunities to monetize new and priority catalog seriesFacilitate greenlight projections for series co-production &/or acquisition opportunitiesModel financial scenarios for high-value IPBuild deal renegotiation proposal decks and present to executive leadershipAnalyze guild residuals impact on sales potential and strategyReview/analyze contract terms and facilitate data correction in the rights management system to ensure rights in & out are accurately reflected in the internal availability platformMonitor and manage series ultimates for long-term risksPrepare series licensing budget plan and provide regular sales updates to FinanceBuild and maintain graphical sales tools for complex strategic windowing projectsCompile avail reports and provide tailored recommendations for client packagesTrack deal obligations/commitments and facilitate notifications to clientsCollaborate and manage communications cross-departmentally on projects, including with Sales, Sales Planning, Content Strategy, Acquisitions, Finance, Rights Management, Legal, & Marketing teamsSupport the Domestic TV Sales and Global Content Strategy & Planning teams on key and/or ad-hoc projectsQualifications and Skills5+ years of sales strategy/planning/admin, content licensing or acquisitions, finance, or related experienceExceptional organization, note taking, and attention to detailStrong analytical capabilities and Excel skills (working with large, complex datasets)Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in PowerPointAbility to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environmentComfort navigating ambiguity and constant evolving prioritiesHighly self-motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly, take accountability, and drive projects forwardResourceful and proactive problem solverBachelor's DegreeNice to HavesExperience at a studio, streaming service, or other major media company strongly preferredPassion for film and television, with strong knowledge of the ever-evolving TV distribution landscapeUnderstanding of TV rights & series deal structuresExperience with Rights Line, Salesforce, and/or Air TableDesire to reduce inefficiencies and streamline processAbility to project manageMBA or equivalent experience preferredAbout LionsgateLionsgate (NYSE: LION) is one of the world's leading standalone, pure play, publicly traded content companies.
