QC Lab Technician

Location: Riverside, California

Type: Contract To Hire

Compensation: $22 per hour

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 3 AM- 11:30 AM

Responsibilities: Test raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications Follow all safety and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies Report quality control results promptly and communicate findings to plant management Enter QC data and maintain quality records Collect and review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for incoming raw materials Monitor and track laboratory equipment calibration Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and chemicals Assist with sample shipments Participate as an active member of the production team representing Quality Control Support special projects related to safety, efficiency, and corporate initiatives Learn and understand plant processes and controls impacting product quality Maintain laboratory housekeeping standards and organization Ensure laboratories are stocked with testing materials and equipment Identify and report unsafe conditions within the plant Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager and QC Management

Requirements: Associate degree OR high school diploma with 1-3 years of quality control testing experience in a manufacturing environment Strong math and computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with SAP preferred Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Must be authorized to work in the United States System One, and its subsidiaries including Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
