Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to support the operations of a diverse local portfolio that includes retail, hospitality, office, land, and mixed-use assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at building strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of a mixed commercial portfolio in the Austin marketManage tenant relations, service requests, and lease complianceCoordinate maintenance activities, vendor contracts, and property inspectionsAssist with budgeting, financial reporting, and operating expense reconciliationsSupport leasing activities and ensure smooth move-in/move-out processesMaintain accurate property records, contracts, and compliance documentationWork closely with ownership and internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality property performanceQualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial property managementExperience with retail, office, hospitality, and/or mixed-use assets preferredStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, or similar)Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE + strong benefits packageBenefits informationBenefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement, and PTO Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
