Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Writer based at our Fresno location. The Service Writer will act as a liaison between customers and the service team to ensure accurate work orders, offer excellent customer service, and coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, preparing estimates, communicating status updates, and maintaining service records. This role plays a key part in ensuring an efficient and professional service department operation. Qualifications Customer Service and Communication Skills: Ability to confidently interact with customers and team members to communicate service needs and provide updates.Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Skill in maintaining detailed service records, scheduling appointments, and managing the workflow effectively.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with equipment repair, maintenance processes, or agricultural machinery is a plus.Computer Proficiency: Competence with service management software, data entry, and basic office applications.Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to diagnose customer concerns and align them with appropriate service solutions.Prior experience in a service writing, customer support, or related role is beneficial.High school diploma or GED; additional education in automotive, mechanical, or related fields is a plus.
