Customer Service Representative/Call Center Dublin OH

Customer Service RepresentativeContract role Feb 2022 to July 2022 with the possibility of extension. Rate: 18/hr plus (Incentive bonus given based on performance Plus health allowance). Should be fully vaccinated. Location: DUBLIN, OH 43017.Training will be provided for 6-7 weeks (Training hours will be fixed from 8.30 am to 5 pm (Monday thru Friday)). Cannot miss any days during training. Schedule: Hours will be between 7 am to 8 pm (It will be an 8 hr shift). Weekends OFF.Customer Service Representative work under direct supervision in a call center environment and are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all customer inquiries. This includes member and/or provider phone calls or correspondence regarding benefit, eligibility, or customer issues. Follows internal processes and procedures to ensure all activities are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.Skills: Minimum 1-year experience taking inbound/outbound customer calls. 1 year prior claims and or customer service experience preferred. Prior experience in the healthcare or managed care industry preferred. Minimum 45 wpm typing skill preferred. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with customer complaints and sensitive requests required. Ability to use PC applications in MS Windows-based.
