Drive financial performance
Forecast, track, and manage multi-million-dollar project budgets-ensuring work stays on track while maintaining high quality.
Be the strategic partner
Translate business goals into actionable plans, identify risks early, and lead problem-solving efforts with clarity and creativity.
Optimise how work happens
Improve workflows, champion best practices, and introduce new ideas that elevate how projects are delivered.
Develop people and teams
Mentor junior PMs, guide team performance, and help build a culture of accountability, growth, and operational excellence.
Support new business growth
Contribute to pitches and proposals by shaping plans, timelines, and delivery strategies that win work.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4-8+ years of project management experience in an agency or fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously without losing sight of details
Strong understanding of integrated workflows across disciplines
Experience managing large budgets ($5M-$10M+) and resource planning
Confident in stakeholder and client-facing communication
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
Skilled in forecasting, risk management, and problem-solving
Passion for building strong teams and helping others grow
Why You'll Love This Role
Ownership & impact - Lead meaningful work that drives results
Leadership opportunity - Shape teams, mentor talent, and influence how work gets done
Variety & scale - Manage diverse, high-visibility projects across multiple disciplines
Growth mindset - Be part of a team that embraces continuous improvement and innovation
What You Bring
Exceptional organization, communication, and facilitation skills
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Strong attention to detail balanced with big-picture thinking
A "get it done" attitude with a passion for quality execution
