Senior Manager Project Management

About the RoleWe’re seeking a senior-level Program Management leader with deep experience driving large-scale enterprise initiatives across complex organizations. This person will lead cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, and external vendor partners while ensuring alignment, accountability, and successful delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in PMO leadership, governance, and executive stakeholder management within highly matrixed environments. Experience overseeing distributed onshore/offshore teams is essential, along with the ability to navigate competing priorities, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate program risks and issues.This role requires someone who can operate as a strategic partner to clients and internal leadership teams — translating business objectives into actionable delivery plans while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and execution discipline. The candidate should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at the Director through C-level and leading steering committee discussions, executive reporting, and high-visibility program reviews.The right person will have extensive experience managing enterprise-scale programs within healthcare, pharma, and/or retail environments, with an understanding of industry-specific operational and compliance considerations. Familiarity with agency or consulting environments, particularly collaborating with Groupe-style delivery teams, is highly valued.Key Qualifications10–15+ years of Program and Project Management experience in large enterprise environmentsProven PMO leadership experience with strong governance, KPI tracking, executive dashboards, and reporting frameworksAbility to lead globally distributed teams across multiple time zones and functionsStrong experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, timelines, budgets, and cross-workstream coordinationSkilled at bridging communication between client stakeholders and delivery teamsExecutive presence with the ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholdersExperience within pharma, healthcare, and/or retail domains preferredStrong strategic mindset with the ability to oversee complex programs holistically while driving day-to-day execution
