Job Full DescriptionCutter Operator - Print/Paper Industry ExperienceTampa, FL 33614Mon-Friday 1st Shift$22-$25/HR based on experiencePosition OverviewThe Cutter Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining cutting equipment to ensure accurate trimming, cutting, and finishing of printed materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow precise measurements and production specifications. Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cutting equipment including guillotine cutters, trimmers, and related finishing machinesReview job tickets and verify measurements, materials, and cutting instructionsSet up machines, adjust blades, and ensure proper alignment for accurate cutsInspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistencyMaintain equipment by cleaning, sharpening, and performing basic troubleshootingFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaWork closely with production teams to meet deadlines and minimize wasteRecord production data and report any issues or discrepanciesQualificationsExperience as a Cutter Operator or in print/production environment preferredAbility to read job tickets, blueprints, and measurement specificationsStrong math and measurement skills (fractions, decimals, precision cutting)Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor machine adjustmentsAbility to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamIdeal CandidateDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced production environmentSafety-focused and quality-drivenDependable with a strong work ethicApply NowIf you have experience in print production or machine operation and are looking for a stable, hands-on role, apply now to be considered.
