Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for bringing designs to life through printing and manufacturing? We are seeking a skilled Full-Time Print Production Worker to join our team. If you have experience in print production, are adept at operating printing equipment, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be a part of our creative team! How You'll ContributeOperate wide format printing equipment such as digital printers and routers to produce high-quality gift and souvenir items. Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to production schedules. Cutting and slicing experience Prepare materials for printing, including loading and unloading substrates and adjusting settings as needed. Assist with quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Work collaboratively with the design and production teams to execute print jobs efficiently and accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and equipment. What Makes You a Great FitPrevious experience in print production or a related field preferred. Familiarity with printing equipment and processes. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and quality. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.
