The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting legal documents, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, and managing cases in various stages of litigation and arbitration. The role also involves engaging in negotiations and staying updated on Personal Inhury and Insurance Defense law to support our client's needs effectively.QualificationsExperienced in providing Legal Advice and conducting thorough ResearchStrong negotiation skills with the ability to manage settlements or resolutions effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar admission or awaiting admissionPrior experience in litigation or insurance law is a plusDetail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
