You assess customer needs, recommend humane and effective wildlife services, and partner with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial consultation through service completion.Responsibilities:Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.What does a day in the life look like?Spend most of your day in your territory responding to and prospecting new leadsConduct interior and exterior property inspections (roofs, attics, crawlspaces, confined spaces).Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services using existing proposal templatesBuild on existing leads by self-generating new opportunities.
