Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with all clients, including multinational customers and key accounts. * Build and manage a strong network of carriers. * Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery according to customer expectations. * Collaborate with internal departments and external contacts to communicate effectively and meet service goals. * Handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective solutions. * Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities, keeping customers' needs at the forefront. * Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to organize and track client information, correspondence, and relevant data. * Continuously learn and build industry-related skills to stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices. Key Qualifications: * Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. * Self-motivated with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organizational skills and the ability to retain and apply new information. * Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. * Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. * A proactive, hard-working attitude with a drive for success. Compensation & Benefits: * Earning Potential: * Commission/Draw (uncapped) - Earn 50% gross profit based on profit margins.
