In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the process of returned products, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient handling, and timely resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control principles, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Essential FunctionsManage the entire returns process, documenting, and processing returned items. Physically preparing products to be returned to a vendor and completing vendor claim and shipping paperwork. Conduct thorough inspections of returned products to determine their condition and eligibility for resale or disposal. Update inventory records accurately to reflect returned items and ensure inventory levels are maintained through managing return reports. Assist with maintaining and tracking the return process on a shared Excel spreadsheet. Assist the inventory control department with physical inventory counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies/ensure data accuracy. Daily basis assisting clerical tasks for all outbound shipments MinimumqualificationsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Minimum education: High School Prior experience: Admin Asst experience preferred Specialized skill(s): Ability to read English, some Spanish preferred Certification(s): Proficient in Excel, Word required Availability (hours, OT, etc.): 8am- 5pm, some overtime may be required Should have reliable transportation to work Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements.
