We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate in the Clifton, NJ office.Position Overview:The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in daily operations, supporting the efficient movement of products. This position is responsible for handling incoming inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment. Additional responsibilities may include local deliveries and general facility upkeep.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipmentsPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment and customer pickupInvoice and authorize customer paymentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentAssist with inventory organization and stock managementAssist with order tracking as neededPerform general warehouse and facility maintenance tasksComplete occasional local deliveries as neededRespond to team inquiries via email and the internal chat softwareUtilize a CRM system to update order informationCommunicate effectively with internal team members, customers and delivery personnel Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredValid Driver's LicenseStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsEffective communication skillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)Must be independently motivated Position Details:Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMCompetitive benefits package
