W2 - Monday - Friday | Holidays as needed.Supportive Team:Continued support throughout your career!Quick Hiring:Apply today and hear back within 48 hoursWhat You'll Do:Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc. policies.Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, health and safety oversight, and maintain smooth operations at assigned sites.Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team.What You'll Need:Must be 21 years or older.Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.Proficient in computer/technology, documentation, communication, organization, and time management.Minimum of 1 year or more of management and/or leadership experience1 year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training preferred.Must meet Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
