As an Electrical Mechanical Assembler, you'll interpret diagrams, assemble components, route wiring, and ensure every build meets quality and safety standards. These are the qualifications that matter.High School diploma required; Associate's degree in a related field plus assembly experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read and properly use measuring instruments and small hand toolsBasic shop math skills (rounding, positive/negative numbers, metric system)Blueprint reading skills, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics terminologyAbility to read CAD drawings and operate CAD softwareComputer proficiency with the ability to learn company-specific softwareStrong communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with internal and external customersExcellent prioritization, time management, organization, proactive decision-making, and attention to detailAbility to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift and stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb as neededAbility to lift up to 50 poundsWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time, which may include any day of the weekMust obtain and maintain a valid passport (cost reimbursed)Why This Job?We offer weekly pay, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, short-term disability, employee discounts, and more!Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the Build Process from Start to FinishAssemble mechanical and/or electrical components according to detailed specifications and printsLog issues and follow established corrective action workflowsMaintain tools and work areas with a strong focus on safety and organizationDemonstrate independence, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills throughout the build processEnsure Quality of Purpose-Built EquipmentVerify build quality by checking parts and assemblies against blueprints and standardsCycle equipment during the build process to identify performance or design issuesConduct machine testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionalityDrive progress to meet weekly production goals and deliver projects on timeLead Projects and Support Customer ExperienceBuild trust and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and customersServe as the primary internal contact for assigned projects, ensuring schedules are met and proactively communicating any delays or build challengesTravel for machine installation, startup, and customer trainingSupport knowledge sharing and training of fellow team membersSolid Support.
