Responsibilities: Perform eyelash extension services, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques Conduct client consultations to determine their specific needs and preferences Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation and safety standards Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions Qualifications: Valid esthetics or cosmetology license (State of IL) Proficiency in various techniques such as classic, volume, and hybrid lash extensions Ideal candidate is dependable, professional and goal oriented Well photographed portfolio or Instagram handle; including customer reviews Willing to learn and improve lash styles based on the latest trends Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services/results Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to upsell and promote retail sales Benefits: Paid Training Career development and education Employee discounts * Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $25.03 - $27.84 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Work Location: In person
