Lead Order Fulfillment Technician
The RoleAs an Order Fulfillment Technician, you are responsible for the final stage of the product's lifecycle in our manufacturing facility. This position's main function is pulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery, verifying accuracy of product type and quantity. Additionally, the Order Fulfillment Technician is quality checking to ensure compliant labeling as they prepare orders and creating manifests. This role is also responsible for tracking product electronically on the State traceability system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations.SafetyFollow all department specific safety practices including the use of PPEResponsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the designated work area, including supporting all 5S requirementsRemain compliant with all safety training requirementsPromptly report safety concerns, including near miss situationsProductionPulling sales orders and preparing them for delivery; labeling in accordance with DoA rules & regulationsCreating and managing excel spreadsheetsTracking product through state traceability programPicking finished goods from vault storage for individual dispensariesConfirming packaging and marketing labels are correct on finished goodsApplying compliance labels to all productsCreating and printing manifestsConfirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customersToting and sealing all finished orders for deliveryQuality & ComplianceFollow all department specific SOP's to ensure accurate inventory reporting and product movementEnsure unit counts are accurate and returning additional product back to correct stock locationsMonitor and maintain quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.Working ConditionsWork involves daily exposure to allergens (such as cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil).QualificationsBasic math skills required.Must be able to interpret readings from machinery.Must be able to stand for at least 6 hours per day and lift up to 25 pounds.Effectively follow state and company compliance requirementsExcellent customer service, time management and organization skillsPrevious cannabis experience not required.Additional RequirementsMust pass any and all required background checksMust be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industryMust possess valid driver's licenseMust be a minimum of 21 years of ageMust be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industryThe pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.Green Thumb Pay Range
