Otolaryngology Physician (Locum to Perm) Opportunity in Iowa We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Otolaryngology Physician for a full-time locum to perm position serving the Afton area. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive ENT services across both dynamic inpatient and high-volume clinic settings. Position Details: Coverage: Provide full-scope ENT services, including inpatient care with a 1:1 physician-nurse ratio. Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 17:00, targeting 36 patient contact hours per week. Patient Volume: Manage a daily clinic volume of 30 or more patients utilizing 15-minute appointment slots. Procedures: Procedure/OR days are coordinated with the facility schedule. Call: Integrated into the shared on-call schedule with required weekend coverage as needed. Resources: Access to on-site medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy, with opportunities for teaching activities. Requirements: Board Certification in Otolaryngology. Active Iowa License or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) certification. Full-time availability and proven experience in the field. Clean malpractice and background history.
