Contract Duration: 24 MonthsNo C2C opportunities**Irving, TX (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Required Skills & Experience10+ years’ experience developing Java solutions, with ReactJS and database development experience.Able to lead engineers and/or be a strong individual contributor, depending on assignment.Effective use of AI-assisted tooling to complete coding assignments efficiently.Understands CI/CD, telemetry, and non-functional requirements.Experienced with design patterns and able to scale applications.Cyber IAM experience is nice to have.Master’s in Computer Science is nice to have, but a bachelor’s in CS or a technical/engineering discipline is a must.What You Will Be DoingConsult on complex initiatives with broad impact and participate in large-scale planning for Software Engineering.Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations, requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
