Job Description Bilingual Contact Center Specialist (Spanish/English) – Medicaid Call Center | Onsite Austin, TXPay & SchedulePay: $22/hourJob Type: Temp-to-HireLocation: Austin, TX (100% Onsite – Local Candidates Only)Schedule:Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (CST)No schedule changes during the first 90 daysMUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS (Auto-Screened)To be considered, candidates must meet ALL of the following:Minimum 6 months of high-volume call center experience within the last 12 monthsFluent in Spanish and English (read, write, speak)Able to pass a bilingual assessment with 80% or higherCurrently local to Austin, TXAvailable to work onsite (no remote or hybrid)Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.Position OverviewThe Bilingual Contact Center Specialist supports Medicaid providers and clients by handling inbound calls related to eligibility, claims, and program inquiries.
