Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Location: Austin, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Pay Rate: $22/hrJob Summary: We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support Medicaid providers and clients in a fast-paced contact center environment. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have recent call center/customer service experience.Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer service calls and assist providers/clients with inquiries • Provide support regarding eligibility, claims status, and program-related questions • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions • Escalate complex issues when needed • Meet attendance, productivity, and quality performance metrics • Deliver professional and courteous customer support at all timesRequirements: • Minimum 6 months of recent call center/customer service experience • Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak) • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Local Austin, TX candidates only • No visa restrictionsAdditional Details: • Onsite role in Austin, TX • Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 AM – 7 PM • High chances of contract extension based on performance • No travel reimbursement provided
