Join the SkinSpirit experience!Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Coordinator performs an array of activities including but not limited to tracking orders, managing supplier portal activity, and ensuring system integrity and data accuracy. This is a unique opportunity offering high growth potential and broad exposure to company purchasing functions.Location & Schedule:This position will be remote; Candidates located in PST time zone preferred. Ability to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays to meet business needs will be required.What You Will DoTracking Orders: Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and communicate with internal clients and/or stakeholders.Managing Supplier Portal Activity: Review, process, and analyze purchase orders and change orders.Support management of supply shortages, keeping management informed and make recommendations based upon analysis of information.Support management of existing vendor relations which includes securing quotes, obtaining timelines and maintaining communications to ensure a smooth process.Prepare and provide internal data and reporting on inventory, purchase orders and reconciliationsOther duties and special projects as assigned.What You Will BringExperience in in procurement, warehousing, distribution, logistics, inventory systems, forecasting and planning or other related field is preferredDetail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage and balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesHigh level of accuracy and strong attention to detailCreative problem-solving ability, challenging the status quo for continuous improvementExcellent written and verbal communications and demonstrated ability collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook)Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a teamPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerFrequently use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hearBenefitsWe offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
