Join the SkinSpirit experience!Position OverviewThe Supply Chain Specialist performs an array of activities including but not limited to placing of purchase orders with vendors, execution of inter-clinic transfers orders, and ensuring system integrity and data accuracy. This is a unique opportunity offering high growth potential and broad exposure to company purchasing functions.Location & Schedule:This position will be remote; Candidates located in PST time zone preferred. Ability to work some Saturdays and/or Sundays to meet business needs may be required.What You Will DoSupport the Supply Chain Manager and clinic management with management and coordination of all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product and service demandEnsure integrity and accuracy of inventory and filing systems and or databasesPartners with clinic management to ensure timely and accurate execution of inter-clinic transfer ordersAnalyze product usage and adjust inventory levels as appropriate to optimize inventory levelsIndependently make decisions and take action regarding supply shortages, keeping management informed and make recommendations based upon analysis of informationManage existing vendor relations which includes securing quotes, obtaining timelines and maintaining communications to ensure a smooth processReview, process, and analyze purchase orders and change orders Research invoices and purchase order issues and liaise with accounting and vendors to reconcile discrepanciesSupport the Supply Chain Manager to locate new vendors and establish strong working relationshipsPrepare and provide internal data/reporting including but not limited to inventory, purchase orders and reconciliationsAssist the Supply Chain Manager in development of departmental policies and proceduresAssist leadership in managing various inventory control projectsOther duties and special projects as assignedWhat You Will BringBachelor’s degree in business management or a related field of study preferred2-4+ years of experience in in procurement, warehousing, distribution, logistics, inventory systems, forecasting and planning or other related fieldDetail oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage and balancing multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesHigh level of accuracy and strong attention to detailCreative problem-solving ability, challenging the status quo for continuous improvementExcellent written and verbal communications and demonstrated ability collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersIntermediate to advanced level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook); excellent command of spreadsheetsZenoti experience a plusSelf-motivated and able to work both independently and in a teamPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerFrequently use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, knee, crouch or crawl, talk and hearBenefits & CompesnationWe offer a competitive benefits package which includes generous employee discounts, Friends & Family discounts and a beautiful working environment with a stellar team.
