Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer / SaaS Application DeveloperWe are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to help build a SaaS-based event management platform. The application will support event organizers with interactive booth layout management, ticket sales, vendor reservations, payments, and future exhibitor portal and mobile app features.Key Responsibilities:* Build a modern SaaS application using React/Next.js frontend* Develop backend APIs using Node.js or Laravel* Create event setup and account management modules* Build interactive layout management for indoor and outdoor venues* Enable users to upload floor plans or pull aerial views using Google Maps API* Allow organizers to overlay booths, assign booth numbers, set pricing, and manage availability* Build vendor booth selection and reservation workflow* Integrate payment processing using Stripe, Square, or similar platforms* Build ticket sales functionality with QR code generation and check-in capability* Create embeddable widgets/code for client websites* Develop admin dashboards, reporting, user roles, and permissions* Ensure the application is mobile-friendly, secure, and scalableRequired Skills:* Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript* Backend experience with Node.js or Laravel/PHP* Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL* Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe or Square* Experience with Google Maps API or similar mapping tools* Ability to build responsive, mobile-friendly web applications* Understanding of SaaS architecture, user roles, and multi-tenant applications* Experience with API development and third-party integrationsPreferred Skills:* Experience building event management, ticketing, marketplace, or reservation platforms* Experience with QR code ticketing and check-in systems* Experience with drag-and-drop layout tools or interactive maps* Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud* Experience using Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, or other AI-assisted development toolsProject Phases:Phase 1: MVP with event creation, layout management, booth reservations, ticket sales, payments, QR codes, and embed codes.Phase 2: Exhibitor portal, branded mobile app, vendor document uploads, announcements, and advanced admin tools.Phase 3: Sponsor management, social media integration, CRM, advanced analytics, reusable event templates, and add-on sales.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate should be able to take business requirements, recommend the right technical architecture, build quickly, and think like a product developer.
