Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
Job Summary

We are looking to add someone to our bookkeeping staff with special consideration to those with experience in Quickbooks and tax preparation.
We offer a flexible work schedule to provide our staff with an enjoyable work-life balance. This position is in-office (not remote) with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Duties
General bookkeeping for multiple clients using Quickbooks
State and Federal payroll tax returns
State sales tax returns
General business tasks for our clients
Clerical assistance with tax preparation
Administrative duties to include phones and appointment schedule
Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Requirements
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks
Strong understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting principles.
Experience in bank reconciliation processes.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to perform 10 key typing efficiently for data entry tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
