Job Title: Software Test EngineerLocation: Onsite – Durham, NCDuration: 12+Months(Contract W2 with Medical benefits)Client: MedicalJob Summary:We are looking for a Software Test Engineer with experience in manual and automated testing. The role involves creating and executing test plans, identifying issues, and working closely with developers to ensure software quality.Key Responsibilities:Create test plans, test cases, and test scriptsExecute tests and document resultsIdentify, analyze, and report defectsTroubleshoot issues and work with developers to resolve themSupport both manual and automated testing activitiesRequired Skills:Experience in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, AccelQ, TestComplete)Programming/scripting knowledge (Python, Java, Shell, or similar)Experience working in Agile environments (TDD/BDD is a plus)Familiarity with defect tracking tools (Jira, ADO, etc.)Knowledge of test methodologies and principlesExperience testing software for hardware device controlOther Skills:Strong communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with global (geo-diverse) teamskindly share resume at gaurav@stellarconsulting.com or call me at 678-935-7045 to discuss more!
