🚨 We’re Hiring: Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist📍 Location: Kansas City, MO (Travel Required)📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract-to-HireWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Safety & Health Specialist to support major utility and infrastructure projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a safety professional with strong high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation experience who thrives in fast-paced field environments.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage site Safety & Health programs across project locations• Ensure compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NIOSH, NEC, and other regulatory standards• Conduct safety audits, assessments, inspections, and incident investigations• Support project teams in maintaining a zero-incident safety culture• Deliver safety training and collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel• Manage work stoppage situations and corrective actions when necessary• Maintain audit-ready safety documentation and reporting🔹 Required Qualifications:• High-voltage overhead transmission & distribution and substation safety experience required• 5+ years of relevant utility/construction safety experience preferred• CUSP, BCSP, or equivalent safety certification strongly preferred• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required• Strong knowledge of OSHA Construction & General Industry regulations• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide without restrictions• Excellent communication and documentation skills🎯 Education Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree + 7 years relevant experience OR• Associate Degree + 9 years relevant experience OR• High School Diploma/GED + 11 years relevant experienceThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale utility environment supporting critical infrastructure projects nationwide.📩 Interested or know someone who may be a fit?
