Job Description We are a growing staffing firm seeking an in‐office Recruiting Coordinator with strong Microsoft skills, excellent people skills, and outstanding organizational abilities.LocationIn‐office role based in our Tampa, FL officeStandard business hours with occasional flexibility as neededKey ResponsibilitiesAnswer and route incoming calls and texts in a professional, friendly mannerProcess and review applications, ensuring information is accurate and completeSchedule candidate interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clientsProvide onboarding support, including paperwork collection and start‐date coordinationAssist with recruiting activities: posting jobs, screening candidates, and managing follow‐ups and calendarsRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams or similar)Strong communication and customer service skills, both phone and emailHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‐throughAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast‐paced environmentPreferred QualificationsSpanish speaking/bilingualPrior experience in multifamily or residential leasingExperience in staffing, recruiting, or HR support/coordinationIf you're people‐oriented, tech‐savvy, and enjoy keeping hiring processes organized and moving, we'd like to hear from you.
