Branch Optimization and Support Analyst
Job DescriptionFirst Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an experienced and collaborative Branch Optimization and Support Analyst to join our Service Delivery Team. The Branch Optimization and Support Analyst partners with the AVP & Branch Support Officer to independently evaluate branch operations, interpret performance data, and develop recommendations that improve efficiency, service consistency, and operational performance. The role supports cross‑functional process improvement initiatives, including pilots, deployments, change‑management activities, and maintenance of accurate branch operating procedures.CompensationThe annual salary range for this level of role is $45,000 to $70,000/year per year; commensurate with experience.Work HoursMonday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)ResponsibilitiesThe Branch Optimization and Support Analyst partners with the AVP & Branch Support Officer to independently evaluate branch operations, interpret performance data, and develop recommendations that improve efficiency, service consistency, and operational performance. The role supports cross‑functional process improvement initiatives, including pilots, deployments, change‑management activities, and maintenance of accurate branch operating procedures.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license for occasional on-site branch visits.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline preferred.Coursework or certifications in data analysis, process improvement, or operations management are desirable.3 years of relevant work experience in branch operations, branch support, business and data analytics, process improvement, or related roles.
