HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Java Full Stack Developer to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer Req ID: 84282Position Type: Full-time Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite)Roles & Responsibilities:The Java Full‑Stack Developer will build and enhance a modern, API‑driven platform comprising Java microservices and Angular-based user experiences. The role focuses on implementing core services, UI workflows, and secure integrations aligned to an architecture that includes API management, workflow orchestration, rules execution services, shared services (authn/authz), logging/monitoring, and data persistence.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Java‑based microservices and REST APIs aligned to an API‑first, cloud‑native architecture.Build and enhance Angular-based UI components for operational and configuration workflows.Integrate backend services with workflow orchestration to support multi‑step, synchronous and asynchronous processing.Implement clean integration with decision/rules services, ensuring separation of orchestration and execution logic.Apply enterprise‑grade authentication, authorization, and role‑based access across UI and services.Implement error handling, resiliency, and retry patterns for service and integration reliability.Develop data access and persistence logic using transactional stores and caching where required.Instrument applications for logging, monitoring, and traceability in line with observability standards.Write unit and integration tests to support POC validation and production‑ready build quality.Contribute to CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines, supporting automated builds and deployments.Collaborate with architects and integration teams to ensure alignment with target platform architecture.Must have skills :Strong hands-on experience in Java development (Spring Boot / REST services preferred)Solid Angular development experience (components, routing, forms, RxJS, services)Strong experience building API-first applications and integrating with external/internal servicesExperience with authentication/authorization integration patterns (enterprise IAM concepts)Good understanding of logging/monitoring and building observable services.Good to Have:Experience on AWS (API Gateway, workflow orchestration, messaging, storage/DB services) consistent with a cloud-native reference architecture.Exposure to rules/decision services integration (Drools or similar decision engines) and configuration-driven platforms.Experience with caching (e.g., Redis-style patterns) and message queues.Experience level (Years) : 6 to 8 YearsPay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $ 95,000 Per yearPay Range Maximum: $ 155,000 Per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
