Project Manager III

Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager III for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. You will manage end-to-end survey projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clear communications and insights to stakeholders. Rate Range: $70/hour to 75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Project Manager III job responsibilities include:Lead end-to-end project management for global employee engagement surveys, from planning through execution and results reporting.Collaborate cross-functionally with People Analytics, HR, Communications, and Change Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk logs, and documentation using tools like Wrike and Keynote.Facilitate meetings and stakeholder updates, ensuring clear communication of milestones, risks, and next steps.Drive process improvements and support data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and visualization.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating ambiguity and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, ideally in a global HR or People Analytics environment.Proven experience managing global employee engagement surveys using platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia.Strong communication and data visualization skills, with proficiency in tools like Keynote, Wrike, and collaboration platforms.If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
