During this Water Wastewater Infrastructure Design internship opportunity you will:Assist engineers with project tasks related to planning, design, and analysis of water and wastewater facilities.Support the preparation of drawings, calculations, and technical documentation under the guidance of CAD Designers and other engineers.Participate in field visits and project meetings to gain exposure to real-world water and wastewater infrastructure projects.You won't be doing this alone. Every intern is:Paired with a new-hire buddy for day-to-day guidanceSupported by experienced engineers who want to teach, mentor, and invest in youInvited to office events, networking opportunities, and team activities that help you feel like part of the firm - not "just an intern"Is This Internship Right for You?We're especially excited to meet current upperclassmen who want to explore consulting and infrastructure early.You should be:Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering programCurious, motivated, and eager to learnComfortable with basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.)Familiar with, or quick to learn, CADD and engineering tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, Civil 3D and similar industry softwareAvailable to start between mid-May and early June 2026Compensation$18-28/hrThe expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California's SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.
